The T4 phage surface display kit is based on phage particle surface architecture on the 120 nm × 86 nm macro-molecular capsid surface, where two dispensable outer capsid protein sites exist, SOC and HOC. Following your target protein display design, one or two distinct proteins can be displayed on a single site or on both sites.
